How are the items packaged?

Each order will be beautifully packaged with our Shimmer Culture gift boxes. We may change our packaging occasionally or seasonally.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All fine jewelry pieces are made to order and will be shipped within 3-6 weeks, with the exception of custom designs.
All custom designs require additional time for customization and refinement and the shipping timeframe will be discussed during consultation.
All fashion accessories (non-lab diamond jewelry) will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Can I make a custom large/bulk order?

We love special orders such as bridal party gifts, wedding favors, party favors, corporate gifts and more!
Depending on our current inventory and the quantity of items needed, we recommend that you contact us at least 6-8 weeks from your event date to ensure timely delivery.

Do you work with influencers/collaborations?

What materials/metals are used?

Shimmer Culture’s fine jewelry line features lab diamonds and other precious gemstones set in 14-18K gold.

Shimmer Culture also curates a selection of semi-fine, fashion and costume jewelry which includes:

Sterling silver jewelry
Stainless steel jewelry
Crystals and more!

What jewelry care tips will help my Shimmer Culture pieces last?

In order to protect your items and keep them shimmering longer, we recommend the following care for your fine jewelry as well as your semi-fine and fashion jewelry:

Avoid storing jewelry in harsh temperatures
Avoid exposing your jewelry to water, perfumes, lotions and oils
Store each item in a separate pouch to delay oxidation
Last on, first off: putting on your jewelry after you've already gotten dressed and removing your jewelry as the first step to getting undressed, not only protects your jewelry from hairsprays, makeup, perfumes and other chemicals but it also protects against snagging on your clothes and hair!
