Return Policy

Refunds

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return on full priced items only. 

*Sale or discounted items, gift cards and mystery boxes are all final sale.*

Please be advised that the $8 USPS Priority return shipping and a $5 restocking fee per item will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refunds on the original payment method will be posted in 10-12 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• In the same condition that you received it
• Unworn or unused
• With tags and in its original packaging

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@shimmerculture.com.  Please provide your order number and which item(s) you would like to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please use the original USPS packaging we provided.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on certain products (including but not limited to):

• Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
• Sale/Discounted Items 
• Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards
• Mystery Boxes

 These items are final sale.

Damages / Order Issues

All items are carefully inspected and packaged before leaving our warehouse. 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective/damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and resolve any issues.
